The International Bipolar Foundation (IBPF) is dedicated to enhancing care and support services for those affected by bipolar disorder. The Black Dog Institute has resources for bipolar disorder as well.

Depression:

Addiction:

Some turn to alcohol or drugs to escape their harsh realities. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has a 24/7 treatment referral and information service in English and Spanish at 800-662-4357.

DrugRehab.com also has 24/7 help at 844-520-2898. When you’re addicted, you’re not able to control your drug use and may continue to use the drug even if harmful. You can read more about this on the Mayo Clinic’s website.
